The Pirates travelled to Dundee to face the Stars with a very small bench due to suspensions injuries and work commitments. This did not stop the Pirates from finding their winning ways.

The team put in a hard working and disciplined performance . Our hearts were in our mouths when after only 1.39mins Camperdown went ahead Mark Kinmond getting past Damo in the Paisley net. At 17.56mins James Clark put Paisley back in the game to be followed by captain Myles Watson unassisted 19.09mins to complete the period the Pirates ahead 2 to 1.

With the second period 90secs old up pops Myles again this time assisted by Clarky to make it 3 there was a scare for Paisley when Craig Phillips pulled the score back to 3-2 at 37.41mins with both teams fighting for every puck it was an exciting period

In the third period with both teams committed to going forward the crowd were kept on the edges of their seats the rewards came to Paisley in the 48.17mins Stuart Miller got number 4. Another 25secs and James Clark added his second 48.37minsCamperdown continued to press forward but Damo handled everything thrown at him to claim man of the match.
